APC Rescue has been around for more than a decade, and for more than 1600 dogs. Our mission revolves around compassion, commitment, and community. Here's a glimpse of our work that is core to our existence.
Daily Feeding Program
Our feeding program feeds 500 dogs daily in the north Bangalore area. We provide high-quality, freshly cooked meals to ensure these dogs receive the nourishment they deserve. Our feeders have great relationships with the dogs, making it easier for us to sterilize and vaccinate them at the right time. If you're a community dog feeder, we can also supply meals to you at reduced rates.
Shelter
Our 10-year-old shelter provides a loving home for 48 dogs. You can passively adopt them, celebrate special days with us, sponsor meals and meds, or come over and meet them with biscuits and treats!
Pugs SOS India
Pugs SOS India is a 15-year old initiative in partnership with Pugs SOS Australia dedicated to pug rescue, care, and adoptions. Pugs are one of the most abandoned breeds in India due to their unique health challenges. They require special care, which breeders and pet parents are not aware of. They tend to be discarded at the first sign of any medical condition.
Since 2011, we have rescued and re-homed more than 60 pugs. We currently have 9 pugs in our care, ranging from ages 5 to 12. You can passively adopt them and sponsor their meds and meals. Stop by the APC Clinic and visit our puggies. They'll love to hang out, cuddle and get some treats from you!

Passive Adoptions & Sponsors: If you can't bring a dog into your home, consider passively supporting their well-being. Your monthly contribution of just Rs. 1500 per dog helps us provide food, medication, and care. You can also visit your sponsored dog at your convenience.
